The Mandate Development Centre (TMDC) is a Moncton-based non-profit driving Atlantic Canada's community development, social inclusion, and creative growth. Through youth, newcomer, and equity-focused initiatives, TMDC strengthens local belonging, workforce participation, and ethical storytelling to connect regional impact with global development goals.
