About the event
Join us in Halifax for a Risk Management Training hosted by ACIC, OCIC (Ontario Council for International Cooperation), and Spur Change, facilitated by Aléas. While this training has an emphasis on travel risks, the skills you learn are also very useful for developing your organization's broader risk management strategy.
In this 2-day workshop, learn how to prepare your organization for the unknown when travelling abroad. Be better equipped to:
Draft an overview of your organization's practices related to travel crisis management.
Identify priorities to address and manage situations effectively.
Improve risk management practices keeping personnel safe, secure, and healthy when abroad.
This in-person training is open to small and medium-sized organizations (SMO) from Atlantic Canada and Ontario. Travel subsidies are available on a first come basis for eligible SMOs. If requesting a travel subsidy, please register by September 22. Otherwise, register before October 8.
