Conflict is a part of our daily lives as humans. How we communicate and respond to conflict, however, is learned and is embedded in culture. In this session explore what we have been taught about conflict, learn what your conflict style is (through a tool called the Intercultural Conflict Styles Inventory), and reflect on how your conflict style influences how you interact/work with others.
