The annual Move Your World Youth Symposium is a three-day, eye-opening event for youth aged 15-18 in the Atlantic region. Falls Brook Centre is hosting a
two day Free School event in Knowlesville NB on
July 24 and 25. Free School offers a wide variety of discussion groups,
seminars and hands-on skill-building workshops. The Falls Brook Free School is
based upon the premise that everyone is a teacher, and that we all have a lot

YOUTH ON THE COAST! PEI
July 23-25, Youth on the Coast invites participation of a culturally diverse group of up to 50 young people ages 16 to 26 to spend time on the small island province of Prince Edward Island learning about coastal issues, sharing skills and perspectives, Charlottetown and South Rustico, P.E.I., Institute of Island Studies and the Mikmaq Confederacy of Prince Edward Island.>more

FIRST VOICES: REUNION FESTIVAL
For the past five years the ACIC has been host to a project called First Voices, where First Nations youth from Atlantic Canada connect with indigenous youth from developing countries through the arts. In each of the first four years there has been an artistic focus on music, video, multimedia and dance.>more |
