The Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) is launching its Active-8! Campaign for 2012 and is seeking youth between the ages of 15 and 30 who promote global social justice and environmental sustainability in their everyday lives.

Eight Youth Ambassadors from across the Atlantic region will be selected to be part of the Active-8! team. This team will lead the campaign by inviting individuals and groups to create on-line pledges to take action during the month of February, starting with International Development Week (February 5-11th, 2012).  The Youth Ambassador who collects the most commitments will be awarded a grand prize of $1000.
